I am an M.S. student in the Marine Biology and Ecology department, interested in citizen science and community outreach. I joined the Lirman Lab in 2020 as the Undergraduate Canon Coral Fellow, focused on photography, video production, and social media outreach, and continued my work with the lab in 2021 through the University of Miami Citizens Board Fellowship, designed to be a training in coral restoration and leading citizen scientists.
I graduated from the University of Miami with a B.A. in Marine Affairs in 2021 and completed an undergraduate thesis on South Atlantic squid fisheries and conservation. My goal is to inspire people to love the ocean and join the fight to protect it.
